Strawberry Banana Milk-Shake Recipe
As straight forward as it can get, you can never go wrong with a milk shake. It is power packed with protein & all the essential vitamins & minerals packed in your fruits, much more than simply Healthy Snacks For Our Children. Milkshakes are the best when consumed fresh WITHOUT SUGAR. It is said that added sugars get to blood stream much faster than in the solid foods consumed. Fruits are naturally sweet; hence the necessity of adding sugar gets knocked off. However, if your child refuses to drink without sugar, you can opt to replace it with honey.
