Hi Sree, we understand your concern. The hygiene & facilities at Cloudnine & Motherhood is definitely better. But not all children are kept in NICU unless there are complications. Gynecologists at Isabella are also experienced. In terms of cost, Isabella Hospital is relatively more affordable.

Hi Lavanya, it is safe to deliver there. Yes, some senior doctors like Dr.Shantha does not attend to deliveries after 7.30 pm but her team of assistants take care of the deliveries well. The wait time in all hospitals these days is about 2 hours on an average.

Hi Gowri, that's fabulous news! In OMR Global Hospital, Kamakshi & Apollo Cradle are some of the best. Dr.Padmapriya is a good gynec at Global. Delivery cost is around Rs.52000-Rs.64000 depending on the choice of room. Dr.Sivaranjani at Dr.Kamakshi Memorial is a senior gynec & delivery cost is around Rs.60,000-Rs.70,000. However, it may vary according to patient condition & requirements. Have a safe delivery! :)

Hi, I had Myomectomy surgery in 2013 for removal of large fibroid which is more than a KG. Then i had multiple fibroids in my Uterus , in 2015 I delivered a boy baby with few fibroids remained in my uterus. Now i am 3 weeks pregnant and went for 1st scan. Fibroids in my uterus are increased a lot and in scan we couldn't able to see the baby bcoz of the fibroids...and i am getting severe pain in my stomach everyday which i haven't faced during my 1st pregnancy . Kindly suggest us the best doctor to consult and treated for Fibroid. I delivered my 1st baby in St. Isabels hospital (Dr. Usha Krishna Kumar) , but now we staying in Poonamallee and we couldnt able to travel to that hospital again. However, since thiss complication is impacting your health, I'd suggest you to either stick to your earlier doctor since she knows the patient history & can relate well with with you or you should consider a specialist who can reassure good health to you & your baby.

However, you can consider one of these Maternity Hospitals - Deepam Hospital, Hindu Mission & Kasthuri. If you do not mind travelling, you may find better hospitals providing better facilities. Dear Harini, Welcome to Motherhood! :) You can consider Seethapathy Clinic for normal delivery. Gosha(also called Kasturba Gandhi Women Hospital) is not a great place for delivery. Since you stay at Chrompet, it may be convenient to treval to Deepam Hospital or AG Hospital(in my opinion are better than Gosha).
