Apart from having a healthy baby, all first-time mothers-to-be wish for one thing: a quick and normal delivery with shorter labor. This is only possible if the When the Baby Assumes Head-Down Position during Pregnancy, that is the anterior position. Your child will assume this position when you’re 33 to 36 weeks pregnant.
When in the anterior position, your little sweetheart will be facing your back with the head ready to enter your pelvis. In the final weeks of the baby’s development, the head presses against your cervix, helping it open up for your child’s big entrance. By the 36th week, your baby will be ready to arrive head-first into the world.
Knowing your baby’s position
Most babies get in place around the 33rd week; however, some take more time to turn. By the 36th week of pregnancy, your baby will have moved into the ideal anterior position, preparing to enter the world. First-time mums will know for sure when they feel heaviness in their pelvic area. However, don’t be alarmed if your baby continues to flip around. Mothers who’ve already been blessed with a child may experience this around a week prior to delivery.
Different types of positions
The likelihood of your baby being delivered in any other position is 4 in a 100. Apart from mommy’s favourite anterior position, the other positions that your little one may choose from include the posterior, breech, transverse lie, and even the odd shoulder-first. However, about one-third of posterior positioned children will spontaneously turn to the right direction on their own before birth.
Rubbing In The Right Direction To Make Your Baby Assume Head-Down Position
If your baby’s head in the womb is in anything but an anterior position during the last few weeks, you may want to try the following before making a beeline for your doctor:
Tilt your pelvis forward when sitting
Always keep your knees lower than your hips when seated
Sit on a medicine ball/exercise ball whenever possible
Take breaks to move around from a sitting position
Sit on a cushion to tilt forward and lift up your bottom when travelling by car
Get down on all fours (like your baby will while crawling) a few times a day for some minutes
When everything else fails, you may approach your doctor who will attempt to rectify the position of your baby using something known as the external cephalic version. External cephalic version is a procedure in which your obstetrician will first administer a certain medicine to relax your uterine muscles before pressing specific areas of your abdomen to flip your baby.
Any position other than the adored anterior position may cause your delivery to be long and drawn out and may require a caesarean or C-section. Today, with the latest in antibiotics and advanced surgical prowess, don’t be afraid to opt for a C-section in situations where a vaginal delivery may be hazardous.

Pregnancy is a divine experience; however, it can get quite uncomfortable with all that extra weight around. Some of us feel relaxed in certain postures. One such posture is the controversial one of sitting with cross legs during pregnancy. Whether you are sitting on a chair or on a floor mat, this position just feels right. A lot of women who are around 32 weeks pregnant or more wonder if the reprimands they receive for crossing their legs during this time are rooted in fact or are just an old wives’ tale.
Is it safe to sit with cross legs during pregnancy?
So, can pregnant women cross legs during pregnancy? We would advise against it, as it is bad for circulation. Sitting cross-legged during pregnancy decreases the circulation of blood to your legs, which may lead to varicose veins. Too much sitting during the day may result in your baby taking a posterior position. Crossing your legs causes your pelvis to tilt backward and, thus, deters your little one from moving into the right position.
What is the right way to sit during pregnancy?
Whether it’s your 1st week or 32nd week of pregnancy, it’s important to practice a good posture while sitting to avoid straining your back. This can be difficult, especially since your baby bump has a way of making you feel like you’re going to topple over. Here are some tips to help you maintain a good posture.
While seated, keep your buttocks touched to the back of the chair; maintain a straight back with your shoulders back. Objects like a lumbar roll or a small rolled up towel provide back support and should be placed between the curve of your back and the chair.
Keep your knees and hips at 90 degree angles and your feet flat on the floor. If you have a habit of crossing your legs, try not to succumb to it. You may use a footstool if needed.
Remind yourself to change positions at regular intervals. A little walk to the window or the water cooler won’t hurt either.
If you’re at work, move your chair closer to the desk, so you can rest your arms and elbows on it while relaxing your shoulders. Get tips on how to work during your pregnancy & stay healthy.
When it’s time to stand up, push yourself to the front of the seat and straighten your legs as opposed to leaning forward at the waist.
If the floor is your choice of seating, try sitting in the cobbler pose, which is almost similar to the cross-legged position. It involves parting your knees and touching the soles of your feet together. It not only eases the tension in your lower back but also helps loosen the hip joints and open the pelvis, preparing you for labor.
Pregnancy gets taxing in the third trimester. Your physique is now completely transformed and your baby bump is larger than ever before. You’ve gained a lot of extra weight, which puts pressure on your back. To avoid severe back aches and injuries, it is vital that you Maintain a Good Sitting Position during the 31st Week of Pregnancy. But How?
Correct sitting posture keeps you and your baby healthy and helps in having a normal delivery. The following list of dos and don’ts will assist you in ensuring an ideal sitting position during pregnancy.
Things to do for a good sitting posture
Use a straight-backed chair having a lumbar support and comfortable armrest.
Sit with your back straight and shoulders pushed back and relaxed.
Allow your hips to touch the back of the chair.
Maintain the pelvic tilt.
Balance your body weight on both hips equally.
Keep your knees at right angles.
Use a foot stool and keep your feet flat.
Adjust the height of your chair to stay close to the desk.
If you need to sit for long hours, stretch your legs every hour.
Get up from your seat and take short walks often.
Things not to do for a good sitting posture
Avoid slouching after the 31st week of pregnancy.
Do not sit with cross legs as this will put pressure on the pelvis. If you wish to have a less painful labour, follow these easy pelvic tilt exercises that will help you relax during your delivery.
Do not sit in the same position for more than half an hour.
Do not sit with your legs hanging as this increases blood flow and may lead to swelling of the legs and feet.
Avoid rolling about constantly when you’re using a swivel chair.
While turning the chair, do not twist your waist. Instead, turn your body completely.
Do not lean forward and bend while sitting.
These tips will help you maintain the right sitting position during the 31st week of pregnancy. You may shift to a different sitting position but only for a short period. For a healthy back, embrace these tips. However, if you have a back pain that persists, seek advice from a medical practitioner.
It was only 4-months ago, this New-Year that my little princess loved posing for the shutterbugs with her ‘Hello Kitty’ jump suit and Barbie shoes! And now, she can barely fit into them. With unlimited fun ‘n’ energy and crazy activities children’s clothes are bound to get soiled much faster than ours. Par daag ache hain na! 🙂 Although all parents want only the best & cutest closet for their little munchkins, we generally look for affordable casual clothing for everyday wear. While Birthdays & special occasions call for formal, fancy, frilly dresses with an overload of cuteness, a smart casual outfit is something that is bought frequently. Shop Smart For Kids At Fashion Big Bazaar, the one stop shop for affordable kids fashion.
Have you ever looked at your child’s closet and thought, “Oh God! She has nothing to wear?” Nothing much can derail your budget faster than paying full price for a dresses your child outgrows every 2-3 months. Fabricating an adorable wardrobe with loads of swag while sticking to a budget is not always easy. Children grow like weeds – quick & all-around, in height & weight. And between feeding, changing diapers & nappies, burping, and playing with all things dirty, the last thing you want to worry about is your baby’s clothes that take too much effort to get rid off the stains.
While in an ideal world, shopping for us & our family should be relaxing & exciting, the reality is that shopping for clothes, shoes & accessories that fit & flatter us well, and set-back our everyday wear and tear–can be a dilemma when you are tight on budget. As new-mommies, the problem is compounded & amplified further when we are responsible for not only our own closets, but for the rest of our family as well which includes an infant or a toddler. An average household spends about 2-5% of their income on clothes & apparels. While that may not sound like a massive expenditure, shopping smart can save a lot of money.
Things to keep in mind while shopping for kids
Take stock of the clothes you have & you need. Your child does not need 2 jackets if you are staying at Hyderabad or Chennai. Even if they look designer & you get a great deal for it. You will need pure cotton or linen wear for summer & jeans & full sleeves t-shirts for winter.
Children have limited tolerance for trying clothes or shoes at the store. Make sure you carry sample clothes that fit them well incase they are unwilling to agree to the fashion parade you expect them to.
Never go for “cheap & best”. Not necessarily cheap is always the best. Spending on good quality clothes gives you higher value (cost per wear or wash). However, this holds good for adults, not necessarily for kids; simply because they outgrow quickly.
Sale & Save – Time your purchases! We all know when end-of-season sale begins – typically atleast twice a year. Retailers often throw discounts to move out old stock & replenish it with the latest trends to be in the swim.
Follow the “Meat & Potato” Rule – Atleast 70% of what you buy should account to everyday clothing. If your purchases do not abide by this rule, you should probably discard some from your shopping bag.
Sometimes it seems that your infant has grown in inch overnight – as if it were possible! While playing Poker they say – “When in doubt, FOLD!” While buying clothes the thumb rule is – “When in doubt, BUY ONE SIZE BIGGER!”
Convenience in wearing the garment – Tight round collars, too many buttons or fancy add-ons that that hurt the delicate skin are big NO-NO’s. Zippers are better than buttons any day!
My recent visit to the mall took me by surprise when I saw a Tommy Hilfiger T-shirt for Rs.1300 for a 4 year old-boy. Seriously, are you kidding me? Agreed it’s premium quality. But a plain solid or stripe t-shirt for Rs.1,300? Is it even worth it? Learning from our past experiences, we would like to splurge once in a while, perhaps for special occasions, but certainly not everytime.
So, where can one consider shopping? My top pick is Fashion Big Bazaar! With so much so good on the latest summer collection across all the stores, FashionBigBazaar (FBB) has recently launched it’s latest collection of outfits for children that starts at Rs.99. Most of its products are priced below Rs.1,000 with the cheapest—kids’ T-shirts starting at Rs.99 & it’s most expensive apparel ranges between Rs.599-699. Children’s wear has such a large potential but there is a dearth of good brands into organized retailing that are affordable & speak good quality. Keeping up with latest trends, FBB caters to the mid-level segment which is not just price-sensitive but also quality-sensitive. We do not want “Use & Throw” types, right? Great style, vibrant colours & the right price is the winning combination for any brand. And looks like FBB has the DNA to do it! 🙂
The “Pokémon Go” craze took people by storm & swept people off their feet across the world. While people thought that Augmented Reality was a futuristic concept all these decades, the “Pokémon Go Mania”, allowing users to catch all the virtual Pokémon who are hidden throughout the real world, opened up new doors to Augmented Reality Games. This blog reviews Play Shifu, an Augmented Reality Game.
What is Augmented Reality (AR)?
Augmented Reality (AR) enhances the real world with digital data and media, such as 3D replicas and videos, laminating in real-time the camera view of your tablet, phone, laptop or connected glasses. Harmonious and Flawless with every year, AR Technology provides a stunning means of superimposing computer-generated images onto your view of reality, thus creating a composite view grounded in both real and virtual worlds. They have been used in various industries like fighter jet planes and head-up displays in cars.
If this was technical information overload, and some of it went right over your head in lightening speed :), we are bringing some awesome fun stuff right away!
Play Shifu – Best Augmented Reality Game
PlayShifu is designed for kids between 2-10 years which aims at encouraging early learning by arousing curiosity to explore more about various themed cards like Space, Jobs & Safari & Travel and teaching them the spelling, their function or surrounding by concentrating on honing cognitive & imaginary skills. They will also sharpen their Memory, Recognition, Reasoning, Imagination, Creative, Vocabulary, General Knowledge, Self-Learning, Problem Solving & Fine Motor Skills.
We, as parents, always have high, sometimes unrealistic expectations from kids like topping the charts during examination, winning the chess tournament or excelling in paper quilling – all of which we never knew or exposed to when we were young. Sometimes, we live our dreams through our children & want them to learn, to achieve & to excel in every walk of life to ensure they have a bright future. Yes, the world is becoming increasingly competitive. And we got to keep up with the pace. PlayShifu is one such game that equips your child with all the skills that you would want to imbibe early in your child.
Foray into the world of animal kingdom where your child learns about the Food (Like the Parrot feeding on corn), Habitat (Elephant in the jungle), Sounds (Like the quack of the duck), Action, Pronunciation & Spelling (like the floating balloons bursting to spell T-I-G-E-R), Learn (Like Peacock is India’s National bird) about the various exciting & unique animals. What we love about interactive toys is that the child drives the toy/game and not the other way round. The human brain is designed & has evolved to relate & recall animation much better than text & images. This 4D interactive experience widens attention span, satiates curiosity to learn & discover & strengthens the memory.
Innovatively combining physical play & electronic gadgets, Shifu will now help your 3-year old child learn what you probably learnt at 8-years of age. Exploring Planets, Solar System, Satellites, Stars & Constellations has never been more exciting. See them rotate & revolve and flaunt about the Solar Eclipse & the infinite elements that form it to your family & friends at school. Introduce your young turk to the history and know-how of the landmark discoveries, inventions, mysteries & man’s advancement in the perennially enticing space.
The other 2 themes also available are Travel & Jobs.
This will teach your child the dynamics of different professions. Step into Surgeon’s shoes to see what’s his job role while performing an operation or a (so called mad) Scientist who is always curious to figure out the how things work or to perform experiments who’s ground-breaking discovery will take humanity beyond the horizon. Watch people performing their everyday jobs & the instruments, tools or object required to do the same.
Transport your child to the SriLankan Waters Kayaking with the rows & boat, listen to the aeroplane take off & zoom. Your child will learn where to use what & the purpose of each vehicle used for domestic or industrial purpose. Well, they have the cool “Hoverboard” also covered. Well, who doesn’t love to travel? BTW, if you haven’t planned your next vacation yet, it’s time now! 🙂
What We Love The Most
Concept- 10/10: My daughter & nieces could not contain their excitement to see the Panda eating Bamboo and the planets revolving around the sun! It is interactive & possibly one of the coolest things in the market. SWAG!

One-Time Installation – 9.5/10: The internet/WiFi is requires only one-time installation. Once it is setup, you would not need internet connection or Bluetooth for later usage. Works on iOS & Android.
ChildSafe – 10/10: No batteries, no wires or chords, no harmful plastic. Therefore, no adult supervision is required.
Website – 10/10: Well, while this has no bearing on the features & quality of the game, they have a fabulous website! They have nailed it right! 🙂
What Could Have Been Better
Assortment – 7.5/10: Currently, they have limited themes (only 4 -Safari, Travel, Jobs & Space). The team is working on introducing a wider array of products. Obviously we’d love to see more. 🙂 They are soon coming up with ShifuAlphabeto & ShifuNomsters (learning numbers). Bring it on!
Age Appropriateness – 7.5/10: PlayShifu is designed for a broad range of audience (2-10 years). The thought process & ability to grasp information differs from a 2 year old and a 10 year old. What a 9-year old enjoys seeing or learning is possibly too ‘Hi-funda’ for a 3 year old. Possibly they can categorize theme boxes according to ages9. (eg. 2-4years, 5-7years, 8-10years).
Screen time – 8.5/10: Since this game uses physical cards along with tablet or phone, your kids will love to spend more with Shifu. While, it is educational, & that’s a blessing in disguise, we parents are always looking for stuff to keep them away from screen time!
So what are you waiting for? Play Shifu, the coolest Augmented Reality Game is in town. You should already be on Amazon, FirstCry, Hamleys or PlayShifu surfing through your favourite themes & grabbing one for your little one this summer. Afterall, with long holidays and no school friends to play with, your child has to constantly battle the ogre called “Boredom”. PlayShifu also has a Hamleys exclusive 4-in-1 80 cards game priced at Rs.1000 that is featured in their “Hamleys Recommended” section. This is really cool stuff, huh? 🙂
Take a bow, Bollywood is finally seeing some of it’s best off-beat, most fearlessly written Hindi Cinemas which has raised the bar & has garnered world-wide critical acclaim. One of which was Piku, which released in May 2015; it is a quirky comedy drama starring Deepika Padukone the 30-year old independent girl, her 70-year old father Amitabh Bachchan suffering with chronic constipation & Irrfan Khan in his ever charismatic role. No masala, no item-song, no non-sense or romantic escapades. Yet, Piku is one of those endearing narratives where the eccentric father-daughter relationship unfolds on screen.
The simple, humble film raised curtains from the ugly taboo called “Constipation”. It is about a cantankerous old man grumbling about his problems with bowel movements. An unconventional, sharp film, with nuanced details showing off wit and insightful writing.
We all grew up seeing our grand-parents take Gelusil or Isabgol after meals to ease digestion & pressure next day morning. As we grow older, our bowel movements become slower, infrequent & hard making it difficult & painful. It is recurrent & almost inevitable for all of us to experience this at some point in our life; and more periodic or even perpetual as we start aging. Yet why do people shy away from discussing problems related to constipation & indigestion? Why can’t we embrace the reality, reach out for guidance and avoid complications like piles, fissures, fistula or hemorrhoids?
Did you know?
FACT No #1 – Normal Bowel Routine can include defecation from 3 times a day to 3 time a week.
FACT No #2 – 1 in every 7 Indians suffer from Constipation. 14% of Indian Urban Population is hit by this problem. About 20% of the Indian population between 45-65 years suffer from chronic constipation.
FACT No #3 – If you consume 2-3 litres water every day, you will see a reduced risk of 20-25%.
FACT No #4 – Liquids like carbonated beverages (with overdose of sugar) & coffee can lead to dehydration & worsen the condition. Consumption of non-veg, fried, junk, spicy & processed food also aggravates the condition.
FACT No #5 – People living in poor hygienic conditions or those who travel a lot skip the urge to defecate, hence leading to constipation.
It is strange that constipation being such a common problem is still a forbidden subject matter. Fortunately, we will unfold some interesting know-hows of dealing with Constipation.
Posture during ‘Da Businesses’ (pun intended) 🙂
Posture helps toning the bowel movements & release the pressure during defecation. Here are some positions that can normalize or expedite bowel movements.
Health, Food & Lifestyle – You should resort to a high fibre diet like Oats, Nuts, Whole Wheat Grains, Quinoa by consuming around 30gms dietary fibre. Eating out frequently with foods loaded with sugar & oil/ghee only adds more pressure to your digestive system. A sedentary lifestyle will increase the chances of constipation by 35%. Ensure you work out atleast 3 times a week.
Physical Fitness & Exercise – Exercise is an indispensable part of everyone’s life – infant or geriatric. Regular exercise promotes & regularizes muscle contractions & eases bowel movement. Obesity is linked to higher risk of constipation. Walking also helps to combat flatulence & belching.
It is funny how common this problem is and yet people feel awkward to talk about it an open manner. Most people suffer from these symptoms if left untreated early – Abdominal pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, poor appetite leading to weight loss, urinary incontinence, dehydration, rectal bleeding or lose stools.
How can you treat it?
Increase water & fluid intake
Resort to a high-fibre diet
Use laxatives (they cause the colon to contract more frequently) or lubricants
Enemas (also used during delivery to clear the bowel) – Only sold with prescription
Osmotic agents that help retain fluid in the stools thereby making them softer & preventing hard stools.
We are sure that every person reading this blog has experienced constipation at some point in your life, and possibly knows or stays with a family member suffering from chronic constipation. It could be your 63-year old Father or your 3-year old daughter. Yes, constipation has plagued even children at some point.
Constipation In Children
As an infant they may suffer due to transitioning from breast-milk to formula foods or solids after 6 months. Your child may resist the urge to defecate while being nervous about potty training or using the toilet at school which is not as hygienic as home. You should watch out for stool stains in the underwear or if he is sitting with legs crossed tight & stiff to refrain from letting the stools pass out thereby pushing it back into the colon/rectum.
While food & lifestyle helps in easing the problem, most importantly, teach your child that they should NEVER HOLD BACK or refrain from using the loo. Encourage them to regularize their pattern & this will only reward them & in-turn you as a parent in the long run.
Everytime I hear that India is developing, I snigger in my head. Being rooted & abiding by your culture is one thing, but keeping discussions like constipation, infertility & brain related disorders under wraps is way too illogical. In my opinion, we the youth & the generations to come should fight the big foes of our society.
These taboos are crippling impediments of our country. They should be uprooted & unshackled from the non-sensical beliefs of our society. As if it is better to suffer from a particular illness rather than discussing the remedies and treating for a better life. Unfortunately, not all have a ‘Piku’ in their life. Ironically, many don’t need ‘Piku’. They like to live with it & accept things the way they are. You choose how your life should be. If you shed your inhibitions & extend your hand & you will realize the world is not all that bad! 🙂
Amazon – Offers 90 million products across 90 categories through 1,40,000 sellers.
Flipkart – Offers 30 million products across 70 categories through 30,000 sellers.
Qtrove – Offers 3000 products across 40 categories through 200 sellers.
If one would ask me, why am I highlighting the stark contrast in the numbers, this is how I justify it-Spending 1 hour to skim through 19,000 products under the “Beauty” category just to find a good lipstick or a lip gloss, at the best price possible, crawling across 3-4 e-commerce platforms makes shopping not enjoyable but a tedious job. Many-a- times, we end up spending our precious time & still do not complete the purchase for some reason; mostly hoping we may find a better shade, at a better price, elsewhere or shelve it for the seasonal/monthly discounts or a cashback which, at most times, expire because they are applicable for a limited period on certain product categories. While women love the “excitement of choice” & enjoy the presentiment of satisfaction of choosing from an array of products (especially when they get a good deal), it is awfully annoying & taxing to see 20 sellers selling the same product at different prices with different shipping charges.
Believing in the power of few, Qtrove, a clean, uncluttered, curated marketplace is the latest buzz in the town, as it has carefully handpicked, unique, natural & sustainable products designed & manufactured by small entrepreneurs around the country that are not easily available everywhere. Empowering these local artisans helps them look beyond the horizon & provides them a great platform to reach out to millions of people.
I stumbled upon Qtrove when I saw 3 of my friends liking Qtrove on Facebook. When curiosity struck me, I decided to visit Qtrove. The genuine, “Made In India”, organic, natural products that are not commonly available swept me off my floor. These were some of the products I picked –
Tell me which woman has never complained about her hairfall, dryness & damage. With harmful chemicals being dumped underground & the ever-increasing pollution, the quality of water & air keeps deteriorating by the day. A normal hair wash may not retain the texture, lustre & moisture, thereby, making it frizzy & difficult to manage. Composed ofAvocado Butter, Coconut Milk, Panthequat, Infused Green Tea, Extract Demineralized Water, Rustic Art offers ‘close to nature’ Herbal Hair Conditioner that nourishes your hair & prevents hairfall due to tangling & unshackling from the debilitating matrix of harmful chemicals is priced at Rs.370 for 100ml. If you have not yet joined the “Organic Bandwagon”, it’s time to jump now!
As a mother of a toddler, I am particular about bathing my child with minimal usage of chemicals. I use soap only every alternate day. Since most soap/body wash brands use harmful chemicals, I strongly prefer using chemical-free soaps or –
Dahi-Besan (Curd & Bengal Gram Flour with a pinch of turmeric)
Oats (coarsely grounded), Milk & Honey
A mix of Wheat Flour, Milk, Ghee, Honey & Haldi.
When I came across Matru Ubtan for Kids, it was a no-brainer to try it. Ubtan for adults is also a popular remedy that is used in North India to remove tan & improve complexion, used especially before wedding to get the ‘Glow’ for the D-Day. I remember attending my Gujju friend’s Mehendi & saw her use Ubtan 2 days before her wedding. This one is made safe for children between 2-12 years priced at Rs.350 for 90gm. It’s key ingredients are Almonds, Sandalwood, Turmeric, Lentils, Rose Petals, Vetiver, and Fullers Earth.
When you Google the word “Rustic” it throws up several synonyms like “plain”, “simple”, “homely”, “unsophisticated” and similar related words. Far from the commercial products that use low – cost ingredients, Rustic Art Baby Oil is made of Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, Sesame Oil, Coconut Oil, Coco Grass, IFRA certified Green Apple fragrance this Rustic Art Organic Baby Oil is 100% mineral free & has the perfect combination to retain the moisture, texture & glow in your little one’s body.
‘Natural’ & ‘Organic’ are two words that have been floating around in the childcare & food industry for a while now. With the benefits that one enjoys with chemical-free or toxin-free products, these organic products are gaining popularity like never before. Because what goes into your body reflects outside as well. If you have a passion towards using environment friendly, nature sensitive products, you can buy this product at Rs.350 for 100ml.
This toy has the DNA to win every child’s heart & keep them engaged for atleast an hour – that’s a blessing with a hyper-active toddler who can’t just have both feet together. This colourful wooden toy is 5-sided toy that hones fine motor skills, hand-eye co-ordination, mental & recognition skills is priced at Rs.2050. All the toys are made of non-toxic water-based colours that are absolutely safe to use even without adult supervision. With most children plagued with the habit of putting all things in their mouth, it is essential that you do not use low-quality plastic or battery toys with sharp edges that are lethal if consumed.
If you are a passionate believer of buying products that appeal to your inner connoisseur, Qtrove has products that go back to our roots, looking for natural ingredients to make a difference in our lives. I was mighty impressed with how meticulous and well thought this concept was. We save a million bucks using low-cost chemicals-laced or chemicals-loaded products in everything that we wear, use or eat. And, we end up spending the same or more paying hefty bills when we are diagnosed with the ever-rising irreversible problems of infections & deadly diseases of cancer & organ dysfunction.
We have a hunch that if children knew how precious sleep & bedtime becomes in adulthood – shuttling between home chores & office, there would be minimal tantrums. But unlikely this wishful thinking comes true, we have to recourse to the conventional lullabies, rocking & rebuke after 37 minutes of incessant efforts & entertainment. You should sneak-a-peak into Popsicle if you are a free-spirited, unwilling to let go of childlike vibrant dreams & innocence.
